1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and free of damage.
  • Include all original packaging, inserts, and receipts.
  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Books that have been used, written in, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, copyright, and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads or e-books.
  • Gift cards or store credits.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@hoppingmoon.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization, as it may not be processed.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

If your return does not meet the conditions above, it may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@hoppingmoon.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
